Having trouble with NinniTales? Most questions we get are answered further down this page, so it is worth a scroll before you write in. If yours is not there, the form below routes straight to our support inbox and we reply within 1-2 business days. There is no separate email address to find.
Setting up your voice takes about two minutes: you read a few short lines in the app, and that is all we need to learn how you sound. Most voice quality complaints we receive trace back to those two minutes rather than to anything downstream, so it is worth getting them right the first time.
If a careful re-recording still does not sound like you, that is worth a ticket. Choose Voice clone issue and tell us your device model.
Pick the category that fits best. It decides who on our side picks the ticket up, so a billing question tagged as a bug report simply takes longer to reach the right person.

Feature ideas
We read every suggestion. Your ideas shape what we build next.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you cancel them in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Auto-renewal needs to be turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise it renews for another term. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running until the period you already paid for is finished.
Refunds are handled by whichever store processed the purchase. We cannot issue them directly, so the fastest route is to request a refund through Apple or Google's standard support channels. If the store turns you down and you think something went wrong on our side, write in below and tell us what happened.
Open Settings inside the app and delete your voice profile. That removes your voice data from NinniTales, and we then instruct our AI voice processing provider to delete your voice model from their systems too. Voice personalization is optional throughout, and you can withdraw consent at any time without losing the rest of your account.
Almost always this is the recording, not the model. Re-record in a quiet room with no music or TV in the background, hold the phone a consistent distance from your mouth, and read the lines at your normal bedtime pace rather than slowly or theatrically. If a fresh recording still sounds off, send us a ticket under Voice clone issue and mention your device model, we can look at the specific profile.
No. The voice you record has to be your own, as the parent or guardian. Creating a voice model of a child is not permitted and we remove those profiles when we find them. The point of the feature is your child hearing you, not hearing themselves.
Send a ticket below under Account issue and ask us to close the account. We delete your voice model and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you only want the voice gone and would like to keep the account, you can do that yourself in Settings without writing in.
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, plus your device model and iOS or Android version. If it involves a specific story or a specific recording, name it. Bugs with those details usually get fixed in one round, bugs without them turn into three emails of back and forth.
Voice personalization is optional, requires your explicit consent, and can be switched off and deleted at any time from Settings. We do not use voice data to identify anyone. In some places, including Illinois, Texas, and Washington State, a voice model counts as biometric information and carries extra legal protection, which is why we ask for consent explicitly rather than burying it in a setup flow.
The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If something in either document is unclear, that is a fair thing to ask about on the form above.
